Vacation To France
There is much more to France than Paris. Although this historic city, capital and largest in France, is a magnet for all who come to France, there are many other regions to be explored. The snow-capped Alps in the southeastern part of the country form the border between France and Italy. Sunny beaches and steep cliffs stretch along the southern coast on the Mediterranean Sea. Fishing villages dot the Atlantic coast of northwestern France. The peaceful wooded Loire Valley of central France has many historic chateaux , and colorful orchards, dairy farms and vineyards that lie throughout much of the countryside.

Below you will find some of  the regions to which France Vacations

Vacation to France Champs Elysee

Vacation to France brings you photographs and places to see on your vacation. The site is still new and as soon as we, can we'll bring you online hotel booking and flight booking. In the mean time please do enjoy the photos and be sure to come back soon. Top photo: walking along the Champs Elysee in the early evening I saw this view and simply had to take the photo.

Vacation to France Eiffel Tower
On your France vacation you must see the the Eiffel tower. Truly amazing, built for a show in the late 19th century but never taken down. Standing at the top on a windy day you can feel it sway a little! Start your ascent 3-4 hours before dusk if you want to see Paris in the evening light.

France Vacation
The town of Honfleur Normandy is exceptionally pretty. The buildings were built in the tall fashion in order to avoid tax levies in days gone by. The port itself is the most picturesque part and boat trips depart from there aswell.

Vacation to France La Rochelle
La Rochelle France is possible the most beautiful and unspoilt port in France. This is a view of the Vieux Port with the 2 towers at the harbour entrance. There are 2 Ibis hotels in the town, the one by the Clock Tower being the most central for seeing the sights.

Dinan
Dinan is another great vacation destionation It is situated in the north of France just below St Malo. Most of the old town consists of unspoilt old buildings as seen in the photograph. It's well worth taking a walk down to the port, the port being very pretty itself but the sight as you walk down to the port and then back up to town could easily be out of another century.

Beach on Peninsula
This beach is on the northern coast of the Audierne peninsula in Brittany. Like so many of the beaches, it is completely unspoilt and it seems, mostly deserted. We'll be bringing you more beaches at another European Vacation site soon

France vacation is great for families with children of all ages, including those with infants and toddlers. It doesn't matter what type of vacation parents are seeking, whether it is sunbathing on the beach, sightseeing, or experiencing the great outdoors, there is plenty to do and see in this vast nation.
France also offers a huge range of activities and accommodations from which to choose that will be sure to suit all family needs and budgets. Parents that are planning a France vacation for the first time or even as regular visitors will have no fear of running out of great things to do for the whole family to enjoy.
