New York
If you want to wake up in a city that never sleeps then slip on those vagabond shoes and head for the bustling metropolis in Frank Sinatra's New York, New York. There's always something new happening in the Big Apple and Broadway is as hectic as ever. There are heaps of new musicals and plays including the revival of classic comedy The Odd Couple starring Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane, a new Andrew Lloyd Webber musical The Woman In White and Jersey Boys, a musical featuring the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. Rio de Janeiro
You don't have to wait until your baby smiles at you to go to Rio. Slip on those party clothes, give in to the rhythm of the samba and follow the Boy from Oz to South America's carnival city. During carnival time in February, hundreds of street festivities and bands turn Rio into one gigantic Latin dance party. At Rio's most famous beach, you'll still find the bar that composer Antonio Carlos Jobim sat at when he saw the Girl From Ipanema tall and tan and young and lovely sashay past.
