The pool at Alila Ubud has been voted one of the most beautiful pools in Bali by several travel magazines. While it doesn't really live up to the hype, it is quite beautiful. You could just soak in the pool the whole afternoon and enjoy the view.

Bali-Alila Ubud
We stayed at this resort for 3 nights. It is a boutique resort designed by Kerry Hill, though very different from the Aman style. The accommodations are in semi-detached chalets with rooms on the ground and first floor. Upper floor rooms have the advantage of pitched roof ceiling, whereas the lower rooms have an outdoor shower.
