Kuala Lumpur - Starhill Feast Village

The Starhill Feast Village is a food village located at the basement of Starhill Gallery in Bukit Bintang. It is a collection of up-market restaurants offering a wide range of cuisine. The design is very nicely done, rumoured to be by a protege of star design studio Super Potato of Japan.

The range of outlets here include:

Luk Yu Tea House - a Dim Sum place

Pak Loh Chiu Chow - a Chiu Chow Chinese restaurant

Fisherman's Cove - an outpost of the seafood restaurant at Pangkor Laut Resort

My Thai - a Thai restaurant inspired by the Jim Thompson Thai silk legacy

Vansh - a fine dining Indian restaurant

Tarbush - a middle-eastern restaurant

The Village Bar - a drinking hole

There are too many to list all here. If you are the type which has difficulty making up your mind, this place would be your worse nightmare ! Otherwise, it's great for restaurant-hopping - you can get entree at one place, skip to the next one for main course, and then another place for dessert, and finish off with drinks at the bar !

The many different entry points to the Feast Village.

The Village Bar - with it's unique stacked bottles columns.

Wondering around the Village is an interesting experience for the senses.

Many of the restaurants have open kitchens where you can catch a glimpse of what the chefs are doing.

The Starhill Feast Village is the most interesting food experience in KL. An essential visit for foodies !
