After you have completed the Forest Walk, a short trek through the Telok Blangah Hill Park will take you to the Henderson Waves. It is a foot bridge with a very innovative and unique structure in the shape of a sine wave - hence the name.
Due to the unique structural design, the bridge looks very slim and light-weight. The structure and design are totally integrated to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing object which is both functional and visually arresting. The structural engineer is Adams Kara Taylor from UK.
Henderson Waves crosses the Henderson Road which separates Telok Blangah Hill Park from Mount Faber Park. It is the highest foot bridge in Singapore, and you can get quite good views of the Southern coast from here.
