Like most 4 or 5 star hotels in KL, the design and finish are of a reasonable standard. The rooms are quite generic, but that's what you would expect for the price. Facilities are also somewhat limited - however there is a spa should you need to unwind after a long and hard day.
I find the lobby design quite nice and pleasant. The layout is unfussy and efficient. A generous lobby lounge provide plenty of space to relax when you need to kill some time. At night there are live performances which fill the space with music. A very nice touch indeed.
The coffee house is cutely named Tonka Bean. It has multi-level seating areas, and an open kitchen where the buffet is served.
This hotel is definitely recommended if you need a convenient base for your business trip in KL, especially around the KLCC area. The only drawback is the distance to the nearest monorail station which is at Jalan Bukit Bintang. Quite a walk if you are loaded down with shopping.
