Victoria - Most British Character City in North America

Victoria, on Vancouver Island , is a charming and gentle town-like city with neat streets and countless flowers, which is said to have the most British character of any city in North America. Many of the city most notable areas and buildings can be found around Victoria's focal point, the Inner Harbor. One can easily stroll from the Parliament Buildings to Fisgard street, a tiny and neat Chinatown that is Canada's oldest, while the Fisherman's Wharf area is best accessed on one of the cute oval-shaped shuttle boats that ply the harbor.
